To replace connecting rod bearings or not? this is the question 850 1995

Car is coming up on 250k miles its a turbo, and there is NO problem whatsoever it runs find etc.. just wondering if it is wise to do a connecting rod bearing replacement in a preventive manner or not.
opinions?
