Heater core is EASY. No dash removal! Take the kick shelf off from above the pedals and then lift out the center kick panel forward of the center consol. That will give you a view of the heater core and let you see if it leaks.

Use newspaper under the carpet to sop up any antifreeze.

Look at this for a reference, but ignore the top 2 pics; you don't need to do that.
