Cam Position Sensor 850

I've decided to replace the cam position sensor based on the codes I was getting. Just needed some advice on the following:

1. I see some oil leaking around it. Is this a problem? It's not a lot, but its obviously there.

2. Where can I find the best price for a new one. I have seen them for around $200 online. Any suggestions?

3. Can I just clean up the one I have now and reinstall it. I have 183,000 miles on the car...yeah yeah yeah I know, its a LONG time for a part to last, just wondering.
