When the window gets to the bottom of the travel, the window makes a clunking noise and also kicks out a bit. When moving up, when it first moves it also clunks. Don't think it's the regulator as it goes up & down smoothly....

The window channel/guide broke off. Very common and easy to fix. I picked one up at the dealer along with the door stop strap for a friend's car.
When removing the door panel, don't forget the little plastic phillips screw at the bottom forward edge.

Mines does the same thing. I've just been not lowering it down all the way because I don't care enough to go into the door and investigate.
