S70 pushing power steering fluid out of cap S70

1998 S70 GLT. Looks like some leakage around my power steering fluid filler cap. Steering seems fine. Level seems fine, is at the half-way mark between the H and Add marks. Fluid looks nice, looks like light red ATF fluid. Any ideas?

You need a helper. Someone to turn the wheel to lock while you watch the level in the bowl.
I have only seen this once, in a 740 when it was -20F. Water in the line froze and when the pump was on full presure, a little gyser came out of the cap :) Fun to watch. Couldn't flush the system until the car thawed out, months later.

You might want to just flush the system anyway.
