Oil pan bolt pattern 850

Does anybody know the correct location for the 4 longest bolts holding the 850T oil pan? I thought I'd kept them correct, and it was the four by the transaxle. Two seem correct--the ones that go through "towers" in the pan casting. But the two middle ones go right through the threads. Thanks!

The four long bolts go into the four holes up from the bottom at the transaxle. Make sure you get them started straight an into the threaded holes. It is easy to start them threading between the flywheel and the block. (don't ask me how I know this)
I just installed the pan on two engines.

Between flywheel and the block--hmmm. That would likely explain the grinding noise I heard on startup! I'll try putting what's left of them straight in. Thanks!

You will most likely have to touch up the threads with a die or replace the bolts with new ones.
