low idling 850

Hello,
My idling is too low as if the engine is going to die out on me especially when i am about to slow down or come to a halt. When i step on the gas it goes back to normal around 900-1000 rpm then after a while drops again to 600rpm.

i already did the ff work - change maf sensor, plugs, wires, distributor cap, check vacuum elbows, new tranny fluid bay 13, replace charcoal canister & flame trap.

Any input shall be highly appreciated.
