3-1-5 trouble code 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 turbo wagon with 149K. We have had the wagon since new and performed all the required maintenance. I keep getting a trouble code of
3-1-5 EVAP. Can anyone suggest a trouble shooting sequence – I have no idea on this one. Thank you!

    That code sure is generic. What a lot of help!

    You could check your gas cap gasket, if it looks cracked, replace it. Also, check all of the vacuum lines, expecially under the battery. An elbow may be about to fall apart.
