Exhaust/Turbo bolts S70 1998

1998 S70 GLT, 155,000 miles. I read somewhere that there is routine maintenance that involes re-torquing some exhaust manifold and/or turbo bolts every 15,000 miles. I can't remember where I read it, or what it exactly it was. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

That's a new one for me. If you remove the exhaust, then the bolts get retorqued after the engine has gone through a warm up/cool down cycle.
