pull to right at low speed V70-XC70 2001

2001 XC70 My sister in Northern California had the 60k service done recently. Rotors and pads were replaced at this service. She says the car now pulls to the right at low speeds. I'm puzzled as to what would cause the low-speed drift to the right. I can attribute a drift on the expressway to alignment, but at slow speeds? is a caliper sticking?

Also, would $1000 be a reasonable figure for a 60k service, including rotors & pads using Volvo parts?

Many thanks,
Ted

No service is worth $1,000 LOL All 4 rotors and pads should not cost more than $500 at a shop, $200 for rotors and $50 for pads, and the rest to pay the shop.

You may have a sticky slide pin. Take it back to the "shop" and have them grease the 2 pins on both sides. It only takes 5 minutes with a car on a lift.
