Door Lock 850 1994

I'm replacing the drivers door on my '94 .
All I need from the old door is the lock set.
What's the easiest way to get it out.

There is no easy way. You have to get the latch assembly off on the inside of the door and remove the handle.

The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are a 95 854T and a 98 V70R :)
