What year post-1998 did Volvo implement a reliable ETM?

    That wasn't so hard to find after all (isn't the internet amazing).
    According to the UK Volvo club's web-site the models with the faulty ETM's were:
    - 1999 to 2001 : S60, S70, V70, XC70, C70, S80
    - 2002 : C70, V70 non-turbo
    - all bi-fuel S60 and V70
