Head Gasket? S70

Hello,
I've got a 1998 S70 GLT. It has about 185K on it. Recently gas milage has been going down, but I figured it was the winter mix of gasoline. The other day the coolant light starts going off when I go around corners. Coolant is a little low, but very clean. While I'm under the hood I check the oil, and it's a milkshake. I'm thinking head gasket, but there isn't any oil in the coolant at all, just coolant in the oil? Anything to check out? How much am I looking at to get it fixed? Thanks!
