Hello,

Whenever i drive in the cold weather my A6 jack keeps on triggering code 241 w/c means EGR flow is too low? anybody come across this problem? I already cleaned the flame trap, EGr valve etc. I already reset the code but it comes back whenever i driv home early am from work w/c is kinda cold. the code does not trigger durng the daytime wherein the weather is warmer.

    Beck:

    Flame trap is only a small part of the EGR eqation on this car. You have lots of miles on it and I'm guessing your hoses and oil separator are getting clogged with junk. Ebay has a good pic of the whole EGR system if you search Grotons items. All new hoses and stuff is about 101.00. Kinda expensive to have the front intake manifold taken off though to replace. (About 600.00 at dealer)
