Nice list:) I like it when people write enough so that we can envision the problem, so here come the answers:
1: Probably the base of the bulb holder has some corrosion on it and needs to be cleaned. You can do this by pulling the turnsignal lamp out, unplugging it, and taking it to your workbench and scraping off the crud.
2: Ask the dealer to fix/replace the lock mechanism. It will fail completely soon.
3: Check the vent drain hole for the evaporator, it should pour out a lot of water. The next time this happens, try to pull into a parking lot and verify the compressor is engaged by looking at it and water is pouring down to the ground. You could be freezing up, and most of us would be happy to have it that cold :)
Do not forget to change the cabin air filter every 6 months.
4: The cabin blower needs to be on to dry off the evaporator. This is by design, otherwise you would be like us with older 850/70s and broken evaporators.

Please answer, we need to know if the advice is good or bad. The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are 2 turbos :)
