Changing wheel size S70 1998

I am thinking about changing out the original 15x6.5" wheels on my 98 S70 with a set of 16x7" wheels. Will this require any adjustments to keep my speedometer/odometer readings correct? Also, are there any issues concerning the fit for larger wheels? I currently have p195/60 r15 tires, the wheels I'm considering would be p215/55 r16. I am hoping the larger wheels/tire combo will help slow down the brutal tire wear that my wife inflicts upon these poor unsuspecting tires.

I went with a larger wheel(15" to 16") on my '98 S70 and have been quite happy with the upgrade, no change in overall diameter, so no speedo issues..I bought wheel/tire upgrade through the Tire Rack, great pricing vs. your local tire dealer, and friendly, knowledgable staff, highly recommended..

A larger wheel with a lower profile tire will have the same outside circumference and will not change your speedo readings.

I have a pictire showing;

a 14" wheel and tire from our '88 745 GLE (15" steel wheel and snow tires)
a 16" wheel and tire from our "90 744 TI (15" steel wheels and snows)
and a 17" wheel and tire from out 855 R (15" steel wheels and snow tires)

ALL have the same outside circumference.

Go to a GOOD tire shop, they will have a book that will tell you what size tires to use.
