Who can tell me where I can get what I think it's called TOW HOOK COVERS.
They go in the front bumper in front of the tow hook. They look like little grills in the bumper. It's for a 1999 V70.

Also bumper grills. There is a left and right, and the left one has a small round hole to accept the temperature sensor.

Try any junk yard. XCs have their own pattern, so don't get plain V70. Voluparts also have them. They are fairly cheap, so call your local dealer parts dept and ask them, no shipping but sales tax :)

Make sure you use a nylon ziptie to secure them into the bumper after you install the new ones if you don't want to be replacing them again. John K.
