Volvo service in Calgary, Canada V70-XC70 2004

I usually take mine to Valentine (warranty), but my neighbour goes to Mr. Volvo Plus and likes it there.

Volvo service in Calgary, Canada V70-XC70 2004

      Hi,
My wife just bought an 03 XC from Valentine`s. There were a couple of minor issues with it immediately after we bought it & they were resolved right away to our satisfaction.
Several years ago we had 3 consecutive negative experiences with our 850 being serviced there. Rumour has it that at that point Valentine`s was having problems with service techs. Anyway, the bottom line was that we were less than satisfied!
Valentine`s appears to have resolved their service issues & I have been happy with them so far. Really, they are the only game in town if you are driving a newer Volvo. Our service adviser has been a gal by the name of Barbara who has been excellent tho` I`m sure the others are fine too. MY wife prefers to deal with the same person every trip to the dealer.
I have no knowledge of Volvo Plus but I would NOT recommend Swanny`s(goes by another name now which I don`t recall), Mr. Volvo or Bert & Jacks. I don`t think any of these aforementioned shops work on the newer Volvo`s anyway.
      Best of luck!
      Rich
