is there a reservoir for washer fluid in the rear of a 99 v70, or does it come from the same reservoir in the front. i looked in all the obvious places in the back and could not find one. I did see a line which appeared to be a washer fluid line. so I have come to the the conclusion that its drawing from the reservoir in the front?

check under the spare tire and see if there are fluid stains or actual liquid. Mine had become disconnected in that area and was easy to find and fix.

nope, it's all working. the headlight wipers are not working and from what my fereind told me no fluid was coming out of those, but that is minor, but i would be interesting in knowing what/how to fix the problem. i also realized i posted this in the wrong category.

The headlight wipers ONLY work when the headlights are turned on. DRLs do not count. Parking lights do not count.

By the way, if you are not getting fluid and hear the pump running, it is either plugged up or you need to let the pump run for a while to get the air out of the line. You might want to pull the rear wiper off the glass so it doesn't scratch a dry window.
