Verify knock sensors before reinstalling intake Manifold 850

Does anyone know how to verify the knock sensor functionality before reinstalling the intake manifold, etc? I installed new knock sensors and one didn’t work after going through all the pain of installing it! I ordered the upgrade kit and will be putting in two new sensors again but I’d really like to verify their functionality before reinstalling the intake manifold and all the associated piping.

    I'm not sure you can test them without some sort of test equipment.

      How about testing the wiring to the knock sensor. Can that be tested before installing the intake manifold again?
