How to verify CBV, BCS and wastegate 850

Sorry about the previous empty post, I hit enter accidentally after typing the subject.

I'm still having trouble trying to figure out why I'm getting barely any boost. Does anyone know how to specifically test the CBV, BCS and wastegate to make sure they are functioning properly? Vacuum lines look OK and the wastegate moved pretty freely when I moved it manually with the engine off (there was some stick when I moved it). Also there was no gap on the wategate arm as described on Volvospeeds site. I’m really at a loss here!
