Get the pcv hoses serviced... Actually suppose to be done at 60K miles and then 90K miles (then every 30K miles after this), but probably wasn't done. At your miles, it's probably not clogged up completely yet. There is a small nipple at the bottom of the intake air hose to tubo (from air filter box) that gets clogged. From that nipple runs a small hose to the oil trap that is under your intake manifold...the main component of your pcv system. You can do it or you can instruct a indy to do it- The small hose needs to come off and a small drill inserted into the nipple and the hardened gunk drilled out. Other hoses may need to be cleaned or replaced as well. You are doing a good thing for this car to get it hot and drive it hard occassionally. If you're concerned about the white smoke and dirty engine, you might want to try a cleaning with AutoRx. It's great stuff that will do a good job without hurting things.
You originally asked about the hose lay-out. Actually, if you lift your hood of your car, you'll see a sticker of the hose diagram stuck to the under side of it, up near the passenger's side. It is very small on mine, so I took a digital picture of it, blew it up on my computer and then finally I could make it out. All vacuum hoses are listed, not just the pcv ones, so you'll have to decipher things.
