timing belt replacement 850 1994

I am about to perform my first timing belt replacement after reading the bay 13 notes it looks pretty easy.. just time consuming. car has 137k miles on it, first belt replaced at 70k by dealer as it was still under warantee. question: do most people replace the waterpump and tensioner as well? since i'm in there i thought it was probably a good idea. what about any other parts, like the pulley. etc.
