The front mud gaurds on my '98 S70 are breaking away from the fenders. A few of the clips that hold them in place seem to be missing. Should I go to the dealer for these? How do they go in?

The rivits are available at the dealer. They are installed with a standard pop-rivit gun.

They're rivits.

You can get them at the dealer for about $1.00 each.
