Well, I found this, but the label doesn't look as I remember it. But it has been probably 10 years since I saw his bottle.

Regardless, maybe you can stop in a plumbing supply house (like Bender, Torrco etc. NOT Home Depot or Lowes) and see what they have for removing heating oil odor. These guys will carry what the pros use.
