The transmission code 3-3-2 indicates that the torque converter lock up solenoid (SL) is open. That will cost you mileage at about the rate you describe. It is too bad that they didn't replace SL while they were right there along with the S1 and S2 solenoids.
It begs the question, why did they replace S1 and S2 in the first place?
If they read open I would be checking the edge connector on the TCU and the connector at the transmission for dirty contacts.
For the 3-1-5 EVAP code just start checking all of the lines to and from the cannister and to and from the purge valve. The line from the gas tank is particularly prone to splitting.
