Power Window 200 1980

I am having some trouble with the power windows working in my sedan. I disassebled and cleaned ALL the switches last summer. Now they are working intermittently again. Driver's side rear and passenger's side front work and then they don't. Then they work and then they don't. What gives? Thanks!
