Cruise Control Kit complete 700 1989

I read in the last edition of Volvo Technical Driver about the fitting of a cruise control, some parts were identical to Jaguar XJ series but I would like to purchase a second hand kit including stalk off steering column.
Is there anybody breaking a 7 series with cruise I am keen to buy, I live in the Midlands would be prepared to remove it myself if fairly local.
