the car doesn't start....i've bypassed the fuel pump relay, swapped equivalent relays by the abs unit, power stage is good, and all fuses are good. i can hear the pumps run, and fuel pressure is in spec. however, when the ignition is in the on position, the coil does this weird high voltage 5 Hz pulse even though the engine isn't running, and it does the same while the engine is being cranked, but the injectors never click. i think this tells me it's the ignition ecu, but possibly the fuel ecu as well? any help is greatly appreciated.
