Have a small leak at the gasket between the header and downpipe. Any tips for tackling this job?? Was planning on soaking with PBlaster for several day prior to attempting the job.

* Would it help to try when the exhaust is hot or cold?
* Is impact wrench or hand tools a better bet??
* Should I replace the studs??

Any other tips to avoid breaking a stud?
