Antifreeze Change V70 2001

I am about to do the 90,000 mile service on my 01 V70 T5. I had planned to change the antifreeze at this time but when I checked my service manual, It did not provide a fill quantity. Does any one know the recommended quantity? I was also surprised to find, that reading the service charts, they never do change the stuff! Is this true? I know I'll get the "just fill with 50% mix answer", but I had planned to do a back flush with a garden hose. I then drain that out, and run about 2 gallons of distilled (and then drained) again (what you can easily get). With my other vehicles, I then add 50% of the total volume using pure antifreeze, and then top off with distilled which gives me the 50% mix. I do it this way because we all know you can never fully drain a system. Thanks for the help!
