Put in another gauge this evening, says I'm getting just under 50 PSI at about 1000 RPM. Haynes manual states that the oil pressure at 2000 RPM can be between 36-85 PSI, so I think I'm alright. Started to rev up engine, but stopped when needle went to 75 PSI.

Gonna take car out on highway tomorrow, and see what oil pressure reading I get at cruising speed, but at this point I think I'll be alright. Thanks again for everybody's input, I'll sleep easier tonight.
