They've done a fair amount to the exhaust in that pic you posted - they've raised the floor and presumably moved the whole port upwards slightly, and made it wider as well. But you are right - they are going to crazy lengths to modify the intakes. I always thought the main bottleneck was the exhaust. I wonder if those are for heavily turbocharged motors, and if that makes a difference as to what is the main bottleneck?
