Temp/Fuel Gauge issue...

The temp gauge in my 890 760T will always come to 1/2 way when the key is turned on. I shorted the wire at the sensor to ground and it goes to full hot. My fuel gauge is also not working at all....
I read in the FAQs about the comp board....but the best I can tell, this board is only in the 240 model clusters.

Any suggestion on how to get these gauges working again?

Speedo and tach seem to work properly.
