1-1-3 is according to my "all-knowing" Haynes manual is; fault in fuel injectors...........and should make the check engine light stay on (according to Haynes.)

The codes as per Haynes are the same for the LH 2.4 and 3.1 Jetronic.
You can earase code by disconnecting battery and then drive the car some more and see if the same code pops up again.
