I generally just unplug it, clean the contacts and plug it back in. If this doesn't solve the problem, I just stick on a new one, but I looked it up for you. The resistance of course varies with the outside temperature. At 68F the resistance should be 11.8 to 12.2; at 77F 9.7 to 10.0, at 86F 8.05 to 8.31. It should be part number 9151208. Hope this helps.
