Hi, Got a couple of questions, 1) You've got "B20F" listed twice, do you offer this service on B20Es? 2) Would it have the correct D cam? 3) What pistons do you use in the rebuilds? 4) the subtitle for the item says "great price, free shipping" but the descriptions says, "less shipping costs" Which is it?
