George referenced a possible problem with advance or timing but I didn't realize he was probably refering to sticking flyweights also. I just read the SWEM article "Ignition from Scratch" and it covers this topic really well with pictures, a good thing for me.
I will check this out. I just hope there are parts still available if I need them.
