They look like the Volvo Gemini rims to me. They are a 16" wheel that came on some 7 and 9 series models i think. I have been trying to get a set of them for my 142 for a long time but they are extremely rare over here (Australia). I just settled for a set of Virgo's in the end. The Gemini's look awesome on a 140 though - a friend of mine from the volvo club i'm in had a set on his 142. Very nice. Take a look at the following links:
