No start: Electrical/Injector problem 700 1988

I did find a black cased relay on the driver's side shock tower (same type that I am familiar with in the 90 and 91 cars; on those cars they are in pairs: injector power/cooling fan). The joints looked good on it but I went ahead and resoldered it anyway. I also found another one just like it in my spares bag from the pick and pull. Tried them both but no change. I will do a pin out test tomorrow at the ECU and see if I can find any clues there. Thanks for your help. Have a good weekend.
