Removing power to main fuel pump solves hot start.....WHY?

Yes, obviously too much fuel. You probably smell it in the exhaust. It is probably thinning your oil, turning your plugs black. Put a pressure gauge on your fuel rail first. Could be return line blockage? Either way that will point to the next step. Even at junkyard prices the parts you've swapped would pay for a pressure gauge; maybe even a scope.
