Congratulations UB.

It sounds like you too have come to realize the insanity of the "gotta lease or buy a new car every 3 years" mindset.

Mine's an '88 745t/M46 with 190,000 and I'm in the process of putting a new clutch in it now. I bought the car for under $1800, tires and insurance cost half what they do for my '95 855t, it's a joy to drive and work on and solid as a rock.

But, we all know this stuff already.
