Spark Plug - Replace 200 1986

I started using a little bit of anti-seize lubricant on spark plug threads. I don't know what to do in your situation, but I'm sure someone will have a good method. I hate that feeling you describe. I've broken a few things that way, before I figured out that it's smarter to stop and get more info. Good luck.
