Thanks for your response Lee, but as for online renewal, I tried that this year (Oct. '02), and received a NEW membership kit and number...so wrote a letter to get things resolved and retain my original (early) number - 06482. I'll acknowledge that this could have been 'operator error', and the situation was sorted out cheerfully, but with unecessary effort on everyone's part. I understand that Rome wasn't build in a day..and you're objectives require extraordinary 'balance'...I'm impressed with the changes, and really appreciate your effort...keep rolling...Dennis Joyce (a.k.a.
