For Valentine's day my wife funded my purchase of IPD swaybars for my '88 745t. Glad I bought her that ring for Christmas! I've downloaded the instructions from their website and have a question about the end links on the car. I've seen advertised solid links that eliminate the lower bushing at the control arm. At that point there's a heim type joint there the bolt goes through. At the other end you have the two bushings and nut that hold the swaybar.
Any real advantage to this setup? Or is it a "track day" improvement you won't notice on the street? I haven't inspected the links on my car to see if the lower bushing needs replacement. They're probably cheaper than the $75 for the solid units.
Thanks,
