Spring Rates? 140-160

Hey I was just getting to sort out the springs on my 69 142 before the rally season starts and was wondering if you guys can help with a few things.First do the 164 and 142 have interchangeable springs? If so do they both have the same spring height and what is the stock 164 spring rate. I already have a set of stock and lowering springs and the only other spring that I can find at stock height are cargo springs,which will give some extra stiffness but not as much as I'm looking for. Does anyone know of a company that offers custom spring rates for our cars?
