960 Rough Idle S90-V90 1995

1995 / 960 with 150,000 miles has been just perfect until 2 weeks ago. At idle (850 RPMs) it runs very rough. Above 1200 RPM and above it smoothes out. Runs normal on HWY, gas consumption normal and no smoke coming out. When car is started up cold it runs smooth until it comes up to temp, than immediately gets very rough.
I had it in the shop and no vacuum leaks, pressure is good on cylinders and no leakage in valves, and car has good power. I think it could be an electrical problem but no faults show up.
What do you think?
