Without knowing anything the 240 wagon has the lowest mileage, and allegedly no rust, so that appeals. 240's are tough, although 740's aren't bad either. If the 240 has the manual tranny, to me, better yet. If the 740 wagon and GLE's have the ZF auto, I personally would avoid, unless you have documentation showing newly rebuilt by a qualified shop; however, they are prone to early failure. Good luck.
