I'd guess the unit out of any multilink (760/780/960/940SE) car with "LSD" would fit but check that out with a dealer first. Note that the multilink diff used an automatic Eaton locker which engaged when a wheel tended to spin and disengaged at higher speed. The traditional Dana LSD found in some (older) live axles never was used in the Multilink diff - there however is a rumour which says it should be possible, I'm trying to get some dependable info on that subject right now.
