I am replacing the head on my 245. Most stuff is reassembled, but I'm getting hung up on the timing belt. It was marked on disassembly at TDC, but as I am re-assembling it and reading mt standard manuals (is this my mistake?) I notice the cog which turns the distributor is nowhere near the mark prescribed in these shop manuals. It is described as "4 o'clock" but shown in diagram as 03:00. It appears to be in reality (i.e. how it was marked and belted up) to be at about 5:00. Am I missing something here? The distributor is aligned with the number one plug wire, and the cam and crankshaft (and intermediate pulley) keep their relative positions to each other.
